Starting New Foods With Your Baby

We never know if our baby might be sensitive or allergic to a certain food.

When you try a new food with your baby try only 1 new food and wait about 3 days before trying another new food. This gives you time to see if she likes the new food. It also gives you time to see if she is going to have an allergic reaction or a sensitivity to a food.
