Paul Brookes Publishing Co; developmental research and/or revisions of:

 

1.     SPECS for Early Childhood Intervention:   a parent-professional team decision-making format (0-6 years) based on clinical judgment (informed opinion) to guide early intervention eligibility, programming, and progress monitoring

2.     TABS (Temperament and Atypical Behavior Scale):  prospective national field-validation of the TABS screening measure

3.     Early Learning Index (ELI): development of a focused measure of early learning competencies for 3 year old children

4.     Developmental Disabilities Severity Scale (D2S2); design of a classification system to rate the severity of a child's developmental capabilities and needs for use in research as an independent variable measure to quantify severity independent of diagnosis.

 

·       Minnesota Department of Education, Office of Early Childhood; development of research plan to field-validate the MN Work Sampling System (2009-present).

 

·       SPECS for the Barber National Institute (BNI), Erie, PA; collaborative design, selection, and implementation of a measurement battery and model to monitor the status and progress of children with severe developmental disabilities during intensive and individualized interventions; development of a simple and responsive database for use by program staff (2010-present)
