Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (ECMH), in collaboration with YWCA of Greater Pittsburgh and The Pennsylvania Keys provides consultative services to Allegheny, Beaver, Bedford, Fayette, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Somerset, Washington, and Westmorland counties. ECMH supports the social and emotional needs of children who exhibit challenging behaviors in the classroom in partnership with parents and early education providers.
